It felt like my body was slowly dying...heart racing, no energy, fainting spells, tremors, muscle twitching.  Something was very wrong with me, I felt hopeless and alone.

 I didn't know where to go or who to turn to. My doctors stopped listening to me after the tests came back normal, I was told, "There's nothing wrong with you."  I was being treated like a hypochondriac...but something was terribly wrong and no one was helping me. I needed answers! I researched endlessly until I was losing hope.

 

Then...one day...

A colleague told me about a foot zone therapist who helped her daughter greatly improve her health. Finally...a light at the end of the tunnel. I had to try foot zone therapy, WHATEVER IT WAS!

 

I was blown away in my first session as the practitioner revealed things about my body that made complete sense about why I was suffering. I finally had the answers I needed to get my life back. I was so grateful to have someone really listen, connect, and understand me like no one else had. She provided natural healing solutions and gave me a plan to help me get back to wellness. I got incredible results in just 3 months... and in 6 months I was 90% better!

 

This experience changed my life and I knew from that moment, as a nurse, I wanted to become a foot zone practitioner and help others who experienced the same feelings of hopelessness about their health... because there ARE answers!  

 

It is my greatest desire to offer hope to those who live in despair with no end in sight of getting better. 
 
I help people get out of pain, detox, increase their energy, mood, reduce inflammation, stress and anxiety so that they can enjoy their life more.
